every-company-ever republishes Ireland's Companies Registration Office (CRO) open data as a free, fast, ad-free public directory, augmented with short AI-written profiles for context.

Data sources

• CRO open data feed — refreshed weekly from data.gov.ie/dataset/companies-register. Provides every factual field: CRO number, name, status, legal type, incorporation date, registered address, NACE code, last filing date.
• CRO open services API — used for officers/directors data (Phase A2, not yet live).
• Public web sources — used during enrichment to gather publicly-listed signals (website, business description) for the LLM summariser.

AI summaries

The Overview paragraph on each company page is generated by an open-source LLM (Qwen3-4B-Instruct, locally hosted) from the cited public sources. We do NOT invent facts — the summariser only restates information already in the source material. Factual fields (CRO number, status, dates, address, NACE) come straight from the CRO; the LLM never touches them.

Coverage today

Every active company on the CRO register has a profile page. AI summaries are progressively being generated; ~325k are live today, with the rest running through the pipeline.
